In winter, we are less hydrated which leads to our bodies naturally dehydrating overnight. The first thing you have to keep hydrated. Take proper nutrition including dark leafy greens, sea vegetables, and fruits. Be sure you are getting enough healthy fats too.

You can also take Omega-3-rich sources such as seafood, olive oil, nuts, and seeds, whole eggs and coconut, it not only keeps you hydrated but nourishes your skin.

Full Body Care

Consider dry brushing (aka, rubbing your body with a brush made out of natural bristles), body Gua Shu and applying ample moisturizer.

Stimulate & Sweat

Sweat it out! No surprises. Don’t skip a day without stretching or workout for a few minutes. Remember, it is a great way to release all your stress away and makes you a stronger and healthier person.
